When it comes to Samsung smartphones, the upcoming year is going to bring a plethora of exciting devices.

The company is expected to release a new flagship phone in early 2022, and we’re not just talking about a new flagship.

There will be other devices as well, like the Galaxy A12, Galaxy S22 Plus, Galaxy S22 Ultra, and the Galaxy M22. Here’s a closer look at each of them!

Galaxy A12

If you’re considering a new phone, Samsung’s Galaxy A12 may be the perfect choice.

The A12 comes with a 6.5-inch PLS IPS display with 720×1660 resolution and a large battery that supports 15W fast charging.

It has four gigabytes of internal storage and supports up to a 1TB microSD card for external storage.

As an entry-level smartphone, the Galaxy A12 features standard software and works on all U.S. carriers.

The Galaxy A series includes eight different models in different price ranges, including the Samsung Galaxy A12.

The new upcoming phone from Samsung will receive four Android OS updates and five years of security updates.

Users of the A-series can expect to see these updates rolling out in the near future.

The update will also bring Android 11.2.2 to the A12, so they’ll be well-equipped to take advantage of new security features.

Despite its entry-level price, the Galaxy A12 looks great. Its 48-megapixel main camera boasts a wide field of view and is accompanied by a 5-megapixel secondary camera.

Additionally, there’s a front-facing 8-megapixel camera that boasts an f/2.2 aperture. Samsung says that it’ll be the best-selling phone in the Galaxy A series by 2022, and the Galaxy A12 will be a perfect entry-level phone.

Galaxy S22 Plus

If you’re interested in Samsung’s new lineup of smartphones, the Galaxy S22 series should be a good choice.

These phones ship with Android 12 and Samsung’s One UI 4.1 interface, with the former offering more features and fewer annoyances.

Samsung promises four years of Android updates, plus five years of security patches. The Galaxy S22+ shares a lot of specs with the S22 but is taller, wider, and thicker.

While the Galaxy S22 has some interesting features, it may not be right for everyone.

This phone will be limited to Android usage, but Samsung is known for ensuring its phones are secure. One of its major features is a fingerprint reader.

However, Samsung is also making it easier to set up your phone’s security. Those worried about losing their data are not going to have to fret.

Samsung is reportedly working on security improvements with a new operating system, which is supposed to help protect consumers’ personal information.

The new Samsung Galaxy S22 lineup offers a more affordable option. The S22 features a 6.1-inch AMOLED display with FHD+ resolution.

It also includes a fingerprint scanner and supports a dynamic refresh rate scaling up to 120Hz.

For those who are not into big phone specs, the S22 Plus comes with a more affordable price tag and a larger battery.

Galaxy S22 Ultra

The Samsung S22 Ultra will be one of the new upcoming smartphones from the company.

It is expected to have the same quality of call as other Samsung devices. It supports the Exynos 2200 and Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chipsets.

The phone will have loudspeakers and offers settings for people with minor hearing loss.

The phone has a setting called Personal Audio Test that boosts frequencies when listening through headphones.

It also comes with an Ambient Sound Amplification mode that catches sound from the phone microphone.

The Galaxy S22 Ultra will have similar dimensions to the last Galaxy note smartphone. The device is 6.8 inches wide and features a stylus in the bottom-left frame.

Although the display on most smartphones is rounded, the Galaxy S22 Ultra has a monolithic look to it that gives it a towering and intimidating aura.

It looks like a piece of hardware that should have been in 2001: A Space Odyssey. The Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra is waterproof, which is a must for any phone nowadays.

The display is set to Vivid mode by default, giving the phone vivid colors with slightly warmer tones. It also has a fingerprint reader embedded into the screen for added security.

The phone also has a powerful processor called the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 and runs on it. The battery life of the phone is a decent 5,000mAh.

It also comes in many colors, including a special burgundy finish.

Galaxy M22

The new Galaxy M22 smartphone from Samsung will arrive on 15th June 2022 with the April 2022 security patch.

This update will only work with the Core version of One UI, which is not as feature-rich as the regular build.

Fortunately, this update will fix a few small bugs and add more security protections. Let’s take a look at what you can expect from this update.

The Samsung Galaxy M22 has powerful Octa-core processor power and up to 4GB of RAM. It comes with 128GB of internal storage and supports up to 1TB microSD cards.

The phone comes with Samsung Knox, which protects the hardware from the start, offering multiple layers of security.

One UI will be available in select countries, depending on the device and OS version. The Samsung Galaxy M22 is rumoured to launch in India.

This smartphone has already received certification from FCC and Geekbench. Moreover, the official support page for the smartphone has been updated.

The upcoming smartphone is expected to sport a 5000mAh battery, a four-camera setup, and a 90Hz display.

As far as its specs go, the Galaxy M22 could cost around Rs 16,000, which is quite reasonable for a smartphone of this class.

If the Galaxy M22 is indeed a 5G phone, it is expected to be released in early 2022. The phone is expected to launch with a 6.4-inch display, 4GB of RAM, and a plastic body.

It could have a 50-megapixel main camera. A 13-inch phone with a plastic body could also be in the works.

As far as the phone’s camera capabilities go, there’s no telling how much this device will cost in real-world conditions.

Galaxy A53

Galaxy A53

Samsung has recently announced its next-generation flagship, the Galaxy A53. The new phone will have four cameras, including a quadruple-camera.

Its design is almost identical to its predecessor, the Galaxy A52, but with smoother curves that flow more gracefully into the rear panel.

The main camera will have a 64-megapixel sensor and optical image stabilization, which should keep images clearer and more detailed over extended exposures.

It will also feature a night mode and object eraser, which will improve the image-taking experience. The A53 will run Android 12 with OneUI 4.1.

This makes the software experience almost identical to the Galaxy S22 series, and it will have guaranteed four years of Android updates.

It will not, however, offer the same features as the iPhone SE, such as Samsung DeX, which allows the phone to output a desktop-like UI.

But, the A53 does come with some interesting features. In terms of price, the A53 is expected to start at EUR350, which is just slightly more expensive than the iPhone SE.

That makes it the same price as the Google Pixel 5A. The Galaxy A53 will be IP67 certified, which means it will be dust and water-resistant.

It will be able to survive a dive to a depth of one meter for 30 minutes. The Galaxy A52 costs between EUR350 and EUR430.

Unless Samsung introduces a new 5G variant in the near future, the A53 will be priced at around EUR400.

Galaxy A53 Plus

Galaxy A53 Plus

The Galaxy A53 is one of Samsung’s mid-range phones and comes with a larger battery than its predecessor, which should provide up to two days’ worth of battery life.

The phone can be charged at 25W, which means it will recharge 50% of its battery in about half an hour.

Sadly, there’s no wireless charging option, which could be a deal-breaker for many customers.

It is also powered by Samsung’s brand-new 5nm Exynos 1280 processor.

While this new chip is not quite a flagship-level processor, it sounds like a good mid-range chip and is likely to deliver decent gaming performance.

Samsung also announced three new tablets.

The Galaxy Tab S8 series comes with one of the thinnest bezels and the largest screens, and the Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra comes with a premium, larger screen.

All three devices feature the One UI 4 operating system. The S series smartphones will feature different memory and storage capacities, but they all pack the same high-end specs.

The Galaxy A53 5G offers almost twice the storage capacity of the iPhone SE.

But the iPhone is faster than the A53, and the A15 chip in the iPhone 13 is equivalent to the A53 5G chip.

In terms of storage capacity, the Galaxy A53 5G comes with a base model with 128GB of internal memory and is expandable with an SD card.

The phone also has more camera lenses than the iPhone SE, which is a good thing if you’re worried about running out of space on your phone.
